This creamy chia pudding is one of our favorites! It makes the perfect alternative for oatmeal. You can enjoy this warm or chilled. I have included the recipe directions for both below. :)
This recipe is fungus protocol approved!
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons of chia seeds (if you don’t have a Costco membership, this is the least expensive that I’ve found)
1/2 cup coconut milk (I love this brand)
1 tsp bamboo sweetener (sold exclusively in house)
Fruit of your choice (We usually recommend fresh or frozen berries and bananas).
Optional add-ons: coconut shreds, cinnamon, organic, no-sugar added nut butters
DIRECTIONS:
Warm Chia Pudding
Pour milk into a saucepan and let heat up.
Add chia seeds a little at a time and stir continuously to avoid clumping. Adjust ratio of chia seeds to milk accordingly to get your desired consistency.
Add chopped bananas shortly after to sweeten up the chia. By now, your chia seeds should be starting to become gelatinous.
Add your fruit of choice and mix.
Remove and top with toppings!
Chilled Chia Pudding
Put all ingredients into a mason jar/dish.
Place in fridge overnight.
Enjoy!
