Creamy Chia Pudding

Updated: May 8

This creamy chia pudding is one of our favorites! It makes the perfect alternative for oatmeal. You can enjoy this warm or chilled. I have included the recipe directions for both below. :)

This recipe is fungus protocol approved!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds (if you don’t have a Costco membership, this is the least expensive that I’ve found)

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (I love this brand)

  • 1 tsp bamboo sweetener (sold exclusively in house)

  • Fruit of your choice (We usually recommend fresh or frozen berries and bananas).

  • Optional add-ons: coconut shreds, cinnamon, organic, no-sugar added nut butters

DIRECTIONS:

Warm Chia Pudding

  • Pour milk into a saucepan and let heat up.

  • Add chia seeds a little at a time and stir continuously to avoid clumping. Adjust ratio of chia seeds to milk accordingly to get your desired consistency.

  • Add chopped bananas shortly after to sweeten up the chia. By now, your chia seeds should be starting to become gelatinous.

  • Add your fruit of choice and mix.

  • Remove and top with toppings!

Chilled Chia Pudding

  • Put all ingredients into a mason jar/dish.

  • Place in fridge overnight.

  • Enjoy!
