This chocolate milk is so easy to make and so tasty with ZERO sugar. You’ll wonder why you ever bought store bought in the first place.
This recipe is dairy-free and suitable for those on fungus protocol.
MAKES: 32 oz. I like to strain mine right into these jars.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup organic hemp seeds (I get mine from Costco but I absolutely love this brand for all nuts and seeds)
2 tbsp bamboo xylose (exclusively sold in house)
3 tbsp organic cocoa powder (I love this brand)
3.5 cups filtered water
1/4 tsp vanilla powder (I love this brand) or 1/2 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients together using a high-speed blender
Strain right into an airtight container
Enjoy within 3-4 days
God Bless,
Taylor
What brand of vanilla extract do you use? So many have alcohol in them, which doesn’t fit in the fungus protocol so I’m looking for a different brand!
