I created this recipe one night with some leftover herbs that I needed to use before they went bad. I didn’t think it would turn out to be one of our favorite dressings yet! This is baby Aila’s favorite dressing ☺️
Added bonus: this is a secret way to get extra veggies into your kiddos diet. ☺️
INGREDIENTS:
116 g of chopped zucchini (about 1 small zucchini)
15g fresh basil (about half of a .75 oz basil container at the store)
1 tbsp of fresh dill (about 2 full dill sprigs)
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (I use this brand)
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp sea salt
DIRECTIONS
Blend all of the ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge in an air tight container and enjoy within 3 days.
